These terms govern access to newsforgespark.life operated by News Forge Spark Pte. Ltd. from Singapore. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the site.

We publish journalism and method descriptions. Content is provided for general information, not as advice. Verification steps are described on The Quench; errors may occur despite those steps.

Cast times are targets. Holds publish when verification is incomplete — see The Cast.

3. Acceptable use

You may read, link to, and quote brief excerpts with attribution. You may not: scrape the site in ways that impair operation; attempt unauthorised access; introduce malware; misrepresent affiliation with News Forge Spark; use automated means to harvest email addresses; or republish full articles without permission.

We may suspend access for conduct that threatens site integrity or staff safety.

4. Intellectual property

We own or license site content. Trademarks and wordmarks belong to their owners. Limited personal use is permitted; commercial reuse requires written consent except where fair dealing applies under Singapore law.

5. User communications

Email and telephone communications may be retained to respond and for archive. Tips submitted for journalism may be used subject to editorial standards and Privacy.

Do not send unlawful, threatening, or harassing material.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, News Forge Spark Pte. Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where exclusion is prohibited.

We correct material errors under Make Good. Your continued use after corrections constitutes acceptance of updated content for future reference.

Singapore law governs. Singapore courts have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory protections.

14. Severability

If any provision is invalid, the remainder continues in effect.

15. Entire agreement

These terms together with Privacy and Cookies constitute the agreement between you and us regarding site use.

16. Assignment

We may assign our rights under these terms in connection with a reorganisation or transfer of the publication, with notice on this page. You may not assign your rights without our written consent.

17. Waiver

Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision. Waivers must be in writing signed by us.

We publish verification methods on The Quench and correction policy on Make Good. Those pages describe practice; these terms govern legal use of the site.

26. Availability of casts

Cast times are targets. Maintenance, verification holds, or force majeure may delay release. We publish hold lines rather than empty shells. Your remedy for delayed publication is information, not damages, to the extent permitted by law.

27. Linking policy

Deep links to individual pages are welcome. Do not imply endorsement by News Forge Spark when framing our content within your site. RSS or API access is not offered as of 14 August 2026.

28. Security testing

Do not probe our systems without written authorisation. Report vulnerabilities responsibly to [email protected] with subject "Security".

29. Export control and sanctions

You represent that you are not barred from receiving Singapore-hosted content under applicable sanctions law. We may restrict access if required by law.

30. Interpretation

Headings are for convenience. "Including" means including without limitation. Singular includes plural where context requires.

You represent that you are at least 13 years old or accessing under parental supervision. We do not target children with editorial content designed to solicit personal data.

34. Beta features

Experimental layout or navigation tests, if any, are covered by these terms. Beta features may change without notice.

35. Third-party complaints

If you believe content infringes your rights, email [email protected] with URL, nature of claim, and contact details. We review under Make Good and legal process as appropriate.

36. Entire understanding

These terms, Privacy, and Cookies are the complete agreement regarding site use unless we sign a separate written contract with you.

37. No partnership

Your use of the site does not create agency, partnership, or employment between you and News Forge Spark Pte. Ltd.
